Other: exhaust effects overhaul

When using derby tracks use ARCADE DAMAGE/real, AI Derby+Race,& DEATHMATCH (colour coded blue) for the best fun:
race colour is red (red damage is cleaner)
Red tracks = Red Damage (normal)
Blue tracks = Blue Damage (real)
AI Derby+Race will cover both racing and derby
Note: colours only available in English
