Here's an alternative for UAL. It's set to winmm.dll right now, if you want to use something else you need to recompile it.

The source is available at https://github.com/xnyadev/game-mods Look at build.bat to see how it is compiled. In the config file you can specify which files to load (wildcards supported) and whether to open a console window.

Currently it has been tested and seems to work with:

• FO2, as winmm.dll
• Rally Trophy, as dinput8.dll

It's still experimental, but I'm hoping it's good enough to already use it.
