Side Note:
-All screenshots and video footage where taken using ThirteenAG's fix with the FOV set to 0.8
Installing:
Place the mod in the directory of the game:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FlatOut
Then open the filesystem file and add a line under europe.bfs, Alternate Textures And Physics Mod For FlatOut 1.bfs and save the file

Uninstalling:
Remove the mod from the directory of the game
You can also remove the line Alternate Textures And Physics Mod For FlatOut 1.bfs and make sure that europe.bfs is the last line to be read by the game and save the file
